1. What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00 – 12 noon or by appointment. For urgent inquires please don’t hesitate to phone 021 161 0897 We are closed on Sundays and NZ Public Holidays. If you place an order at these times your order will be processed on the following business working day unless it is Valentines Day or Mother’s Day.
2. How do I order?

3. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver daily throughout the Northland, Monday to Saturday.
We personally deliver where possible and use local couriers and the rural delivery service for all rural addresses.

It is your responsibility to make sure you provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but may have to charge additional cost of an additional delivery to you.
We will endeavor to deliver goods at the agreed delivery time but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order. For urgent deliveries please phone us. We will do our best to assist you where possible
4. Payment Options?
Our online store accepts payment by credit card, Visa or MasterCard using the secure services of Eway, laybuy or Afterpay. All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars. The name that will appear on your statement will be FRESH FLOWERS KAITAIA When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your receipt.
You can also pay by credit card over the phone or by bank transfer by prior arrangement.
5. Custom Orders?

6. Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our perishable products, Fresh Flowers only offers replacements, not refunds.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within 24hrs and we will be happy to exchange your flowers. Our exchange policy lasts 24 hours from receipt of your goods. If 24 hours have gone by since receipt of your purchase, we are unable yo offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be re-sellable.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a reason for wanting an exchange. You will be responsible for returning if your item if you are applying for an exchange
7. Do you do Weddings?
Congratulations your engaged…..!! Yes, we do weddings, we love weddings! Lets talk some more….. flick us an email or call and lets get this ball rolling, send through any inspiration photos of the look and style you are after. Have no idea?! Thats fine too we can help you along the way.
We also offer day of co-ordination and wedding management services.
To secure your date and to confirm your booking we require a $100 non-refundable deposit. This $100 deposit is taken off your final bill which is due two weeks (14 days) prior to your wedding date.
