Due to the nature of our perishable products, Fresh Flowers can only offer replacements, and not refunds.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within 24hrs and we will be happy to exchange your flowers.  Our exchange policy lasts 24 hours from the receipt of your goods. If 24 hours have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, we are unable to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be re-sellable.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a valid reason for wanting to exchange.

You will be responsible for returning your item if you are applying for an exchange.
